Job Description

We are looking for a strong sales professional that has the drive to influence his or her compensation through sales. Must have a passion for seniors and the ability to contribute to a team.  Must be able to demonstrate strong determined sales and strength in working with seniors. We have a great work environment and great product to sell!

Functions as the “Face of the Community”...Provides day to day sales and builds strong relationships with prospective residents, families, and key partners to achieve the community’s occupancy objectives with concentration on Independent Living program.  Implements the brand's service strategy and applicable brand initiatives in all aspects of the sales process.  Focuses on building long-term, value-based, guest and industry relationships that enable achievement of the sales objectives.  Participates in the various sales channels (e.g. Neighborhood, industry, hospitals, electronic lead channels, etc.) and develops strong working relationships to proactively position and market within the greater community. 

Job Requirements


•       A bachelor’s degree in marketing or other related area are preferred or commensurate experience 

•       At least two years of experience in leasing/sales senior housing units is preferred  

•       Successful candidate must possess excellent customer service, communication and organizational skills
