We are seeking a Dining Services Manager in our compassionate, non-profit senior living community in Bridgeton, MO.

This is a salaried position that is responsible for all food service management, personnel management, nutritional care, food service sanitation activities at our skilled nursing facility.  Trains, manages and mentors hospitality personnel.  Applies nutrition principles, documents nutritional information, ensures food safety, and trains, manages and mentors dietary personnel. Ensures that quality meals are provided to the residents which will enhance their enjoyment of life and which are in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. 


Requires flexibility to work the opening or closing shift. Every other weekend, and holidays are required.

Job Requirements


Ÿ Certified Dietary Manager or Dietetic Technician registration is preferred

Ÿ ServSafe Certification

Ÿ Minimum of five years dietary supervisory experience required, skilled nursing preferred

Ÿ Must meet all mandatory state regulated health requirements, including TB screen and pass background/reference checks.
