Job Description

Responsible for the day-to-day management of donor data-base and administrative duties in support of all development initiatives for St. Andrew’s Charitable Foundation.


Raisers Edge Specific Responsibilities:


Perform all department database administration functions including execution of periodic database maintenance tasks, security set-up, and duplicate record merging, performs clean up tasks, and quality control audits


Input, update and maintain secure constituent data and manage date entry of all donations, gift and acknowledgments


Manage batch review and validation process for all gifts, including monthly reconciliation with finance.


Administrative Responsibilities:


Prepare and send all donor acknowledgment letters


Provide administrative support for all special events including assisting with mailings, registration lists and other clerical duties as designated by project manager.


On-site responsibilities and attendance required at St. Andrew’s Charitable Foundation fundraising events 

Job Requirements

Degrees and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • One to three years of experience in database ownership and administration, and competency using the Raiser's Edge or equivalent relational database.
